You\'ll develop solutions that help the bank provide strategic advice, raise capital, manage risk, and extend liquidity in markets spanning over 100 countries around the world.

The Asia CIB Tech Major Cross LOB Project team are responsible for the program management and execution of projects that are regulatory or business driven initiatives requiring large scale infrastructure deployments and involves multiple lines of business within CIB Tech and/or scales across multiple technology groups with JPM. These programs will generally have critical time-bound deliverables and be visible at the most senior levels of JPM as well to external jurisdictions.

The candidate will join a team performing diverse roles and will report into the Regional cross-LOB Program Director. The role within the team is to preform data analysis role in supporting programs within the portfolio impacting Asia Pacific. This role requires exemplary data analytical skills, to work with geographically dispersed application and Technology teams for opportunities of process and system enhancements. The right candidate is well organized, articulate, attention to detail, proactive, comfortable filtering large volume of detail, non-hierarchical, likes to execute, wants to develop as a leader and is able to foster strong working relationships.

The successful candidate will:

• Working with business and Tech teams to identify data sources, collect and interpret data set.
• Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data and to organizing data into usable format.
• Identifying analyze and interpret pattens and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction.
• Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
• Working with Tech teams to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modification and devise data governance strategies.
• Creating visualization data and preparing analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data analysis steps, and to enable them to make decisions based on the various facts and trends.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experiences in data analysis
• Strong mathematical skills to collect, measure, organize and analyze data
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong collaborator with ability to foster relationships effectively with diverse groups across geographies
• Understanding of programming languages like SQL, Phyton
• Experience in Technology is preferred, ideally with recent experience in IT industry and preferably in the financial services sector in a regional or global capacity
• Knowledge of data visualization software like Tableau, Qlik would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of network, proxy, Firewall would be an advantage.
