Role Overview

We are seeking a

Senior Program Management Professional

with a strong foundation in

Quality Engineering and Assurance

to lead strategic transformation initiatives within the banking domain. This is a

leadership role,

requiring proven expertise in driving large-scale change, defining operating models, and engaging with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead

transformation programs

focused on modernizing QA, testing, and delivery operating models within the banking sector. Define and execute

strategic roadmaps

, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements. Partner with

senior business and technology stakeholders

to influence decision-making and embed change. Oversee

program governance

, including budgets, risks, timelines, and KPIs to ensure successful delivery. Drive

quality engineering transformation initiatives

such as automation adoption, shift-left testing, and embedding QA into DevOps. Shape and implement new

operating models

that improve agility, efficiency, and customer experience. Manage vendor/partner engagements to ensure delivery excellence across testing and transformation initiatives. Provide thought leadership, mentoring, and guidance to transformation and QA teams.

Qualifications & Experience

15+ years of professional experience, with a strong foundation in

QA/Testing and Quality Engineering

. Significant experience in

program management and transformation leadership

, ideally within

banking or financial services

. Proven ability to

design and implement operating models

for QA, testing, or digital transformation functions. Deep understanding of

Agile/SAFe, DevOps, and program governance frameworks

. Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with experience presenting to C-level leaders. Program/Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, MSP) preferred. Banking regulatory and compliance knowledge will be an advantage.
