About the Role:
You must be able to lead projects and coordinate with different stakeholders, you will ideally have some previous experience of managing relations with customers and leading cross-functional problem solving. Working closely with them to ensure commercial, technical and manufacturing goals are achieved. In return, they can offer opportunity to further develop your career in an expanding organisation.

The Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth by ensuring program delivery and customer satisfaction
• Lead projects and coordinate teams to achieve key milestones
• Organize program requirements into actionable work breakdown tasks for team members
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues
• Lead cross-functional teams to address commercial, technical, or manufacturing issues
• Track progress effectively and take a risk management approach to identify and prepare countermeasures
• Manage account activities such as product costing and pricing proposals to communicate with customers
• Establish high levels of customer engagement and rapport

The Requirements:

• Degree in Science/Engineering
• Minimum 5 years\' experience in Program Management
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certified and having work experience related to projects management and operations manufacturing
• Good communication skills in English, written and spoken to be able to liaise effectively with English-speaking stakeholders
• Strong in presentation skills and MS Excel
• Customer-centric and business-oriented
