General
You will join an on-account Occupancy Planning (OP) team working with one of a large technology client. As a Program Manager for OP Intelligence & Excellence, you work closely with OP team leads, country occupancy planners, and account Center of Excellence (COE) teams to:
Establish framework for innovative solutions and tool stacks that elevates the OP team's capability and efficiency in the long run.
Complete the feedback loop from inception to adoption of OP tools & productized initiatives.
Act as the product owner to ensure timely adoption of new frameworks, address internal user feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure data and process under our governance is compliant to set standards, and drive audit efforts to continuously monitor and improve our data quality
Your primary focus would be on data management, data structure design, data insight extraction, data harvesting, tools and solution innovation, prototyping.
Key Responsibility
Strategic initiatives
Work with OP leads & country OPs to gather requirements, develop, and implement strategic solutions that expand / enhance OP team capability
Own and manage regional tools and products from initiation, development, deployment, adoption, to iteration
Drive progression of OP team initiatives to ensure timely update, completion, and feedback
Coordinate internal change process to drive effective adoption of all initiatives
Stay up-to-date with latest industry insights and academia researches, identify relevant content and extract tangible/actionable insights for the team
Process improvement
Clearly understand OP and partner team workflows to proactively review and identify opportunities for process improvements
Drive change management processes and ensure regular communication when implementing process improvement initiatives
Program management
Regular connect with JLL HQ and other account teams to learn innovative approaches and best practices, and help OP leads adopt selected practices for Client account implementation
Regular check-in with all initiative owners and work with OP leads to highlight gaps, remove blockers, and provide supports
Govern and audit all relevant space data and OP process
Collect, document, storytell OP case studies and success stories

Experience
5-7 year of relevant experience
Product / project management experience ideally in multinational corporations and/or a regional team
Real Estate industry background, specifically occupancy planning, project management, facility management, and architecture / workplace design
Experience in workplace research and strategy would be desirable
