Job Description

The candidate will provide updates on project progress, support category performance report and execute necessary process change management. They will work very closely with several teams including Finance, Category Analysts, Planning and Supplier Managers regionally and globally. The candidate will need to have a natural flair and interest in planning physical or virtual Team Building or volunteering activities for fellow Indirect Procurement Team Members. Govern, Create, and Manage Programs and Projects Ensure Program has clear definition and objectives. Ensure alignment of program metrics with related programs inside the organization, as well as with those of stakeholder organizations. Foster Best known method(BKM) sharing culture and innovatory thinking to achieve success. Business Administration/Management Computer Science/Information Systems Finance or Accounting Project Management Related field of study Proficient in AI and Automation tools (Copilot & etc). Proficient in Microsoft applications and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc). Good communicator Execute, Monitor/Control, and Close Programs Provide the Indirect Leadership team and other stakeholders with updates on the progress and status of assigned program. Work with project teams to ensure the project status is accurate and up to date. Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close projects. Provide Business, Data Analysis, Executive Presentation Support Develop and manage organizational processes and information systems. Assist with creation of executive level slides for program, strategic and BKM presentations.
