Job Description
Our client is a listed company in Precision Manufacturing industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Program Manager to be part of their Project Team. They are located in the East Area - easily accessible.
Duties of Program Manager:
Project Planning & Execution:
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery.Team Leadership:
Lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.Stakeholder Management:
Serve as main contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams.Risk & Quality:
Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.Budget & Reporting:
Monitor budgets, maintain documentation, and provide regular updates to management.Requirements:
Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field At least 5 - 10 years of experience in semiconductor, precision or medical devices contract manufacturing industry
