The ideal candidate will have experience in Continuous Improvement (LEAN or Six Sigma), UiPath and Power Automate and will be responsible for managing RPA program with our partner (initially) in designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions to improve work productivity and efficiencyWhat You Will Be DoingKey Responsibilities:

• Manage the RPA program to build the organisation\'s RPA capability.
• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath and Power Automate.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, scope projects, and ensure successful implementation of RPA solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for RPA processes, including process design documents, test plans, and user guides.
• Monitor and maintain RPA solutions to ensure optimal performance and address any issues that arise.
• Provide training and support to end-users on RPA solutions and translating best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA technologies and trends to continuously improve and innovate RPA solutions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing RPA solutions using UiPath and Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to analyze and identify opportunities for automation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business stakeholders and team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in UiPath and/or Power Automate is a plus.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt is a plus.
