We are looking for a Program Marketing Manager
The role will start out as a contract
Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred
The Talent
10 years of experience in a marketing role
Experience in brand building, marketing strategy, executions and measuring impact
Strong understanding of digital marketing
Strong strategic thinking and a creative problem solver
Ability to navigate complex matrix organization and manage global/regional/local stakeholders
Proven track record of being agile and delivering on tight deadlines
Experience in a regional capacity working closely with in country teams
Advertising industry experience preferred
Manage marketing programs communicating company\'s priority business solutions
Responsibilities can range from developing new marketing programs from insight to execution to tracking and optimizing existing campaigns and activations.
Lead and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (including Creative, Communications, Digital, Product Marketing, and more)
Deliver overall program measurement and results, leveraging APAC learnings to shape and lead 2024 program planning.
Communicate up/down/across the organization to ensure transparency, alignment, and advocacy.
