Job Description

We are seeking a Programme Facilitator/Administrator to support on the coordination, facilitation, and administration to ensure smooth delivery of educational and community programmes, working closely with internal teams and external partners.

• Attend meetings with the centre team and programme provider to understand the objectives, context, and requirements of each programme, which may include workshops, academic panels, talks, and demonstrations.
• Coordinate and manage all logistical arrangements, including ensuring the availability of in-house equipment, venue setup, and communication between the programme provider and centre team.
• Oversee the smooth execution of programmes from installation to deinstallation, ensuring all activities are conducted efficiently and on schedule.
• Encourage participants to complete post-event surveys and support the programme provider in gathering feedback.
• Maintain accurate administrative and programme documentation, including correspondence, participant data, delivery orders, feedback forms, and event photography.
• Assist in sourcing materials and services, obtaining quotations, and supporting other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, such as Arts Management.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Confident and professional when engaging with stakeholders.
• Able to exercise good judgement, discretion, and maintain composure under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Prior experience in programme administration is an advantage.
