Be at the forefront in handling customers’ inquiries, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and coordinating teachers’ and students’ attendance records.
Have to actively drive student recruitment and enrolment of students as well as organize and plan the class schedules for the centre.
Assist in generating daily customer inquiries, student enrolment, class attendance and other relevant centre operational statistics reports.
Assist in all other routine admin work required in the centre daily operations.
REQUIREMENTS :
Ability to handle customers’ inquiries and turn customer leads into actual sales and student enrolment is a must.
Effectively bilingual in Mandarin and English (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
Able to work both weekends
Motivated team player with a pleasant personality, positive working attitude, and determination to learn, achieve and excel
A self-starter who has energy and passion is key to success in the role
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Marketing competency is required.
Prior teaching experience and working experience in preschool enrichment centre will be looked upon favourably.
Bookkeeping knowledge will be a plus point
Candidates with relevant experience could be considered for a Centre Manager role
