About The Role 1. To assist in the execution of Children and Youth programmes and activities assigned 2. To work with the Youth Team in conceptualizing, evaluating and initiating of current or new programmes 3. Ensure that the logistics procedures About The Role 1. Ensure that the logistics procedures are carried out before and after the activities 4. To collate the attendance of clients who are in the programme and activities 5. To assist the team Youth team in all youth outreach efforts within the community 6. To provide support services for Youth Hub by manning duties, maintenance of premise, recording of attendance and co-ordinate publicity materials for youth programmes 7. To contribute in the planning and execution of all major events organized by FaithActs 8. Any other duties assigned by the Executive Director and Head of Youth Services Candidate Requirements Technical Competencies: Proper execution of all programmes and activities Effectively bilingual Core Competencies: Energetic, proactive with a passion to serve Team player Preferred achievements / characteristics: Only short-listed candidates will be contacted for an interview.
