Engage and motivate seniors to participate in centre activities and community programmes.
Coordinate and support volunteer recruitment, training, and engagement efforts.
Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating wellness and active ageing programmes.
Conduct home visits, community screenings, and befriending initiatives for seniors.
Handle administrative tasks including member registration, attendance, and documentation.
Support daily centre operations, logistics, and maintenance to ensure a safe environment.
Assist with reporting, audits, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Requirement
GCE 'O' Level or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in healthcare or eldercare settings preferred.
