DESIGNATION : Programme Associate



RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide support for programme preparation and execution Conduct regular home visits and ensure KPIs(visitation) will be met within the timeline as per funding agencies' requirement Perform basic assessment, collect data and consolidate reports/log sheet to Manager Monitor and track Programme expenditure to ensure that it is within the budget Work with volunteers on executing effective programmes Provide any other support as assigned/required








QUALIFICATIONS

Possess Diploma in any discipline from an accredited institution




OTHER INFORMATION

Prior experience in assisting events or programme design, planning and implementation would be an advantage Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

COMPETENCIES:




People-oriented, good interpersonal and relation building skills Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with various IT platforms Able to speak local languages and dialect (preferable) Enjoy engagement with seniors Willing to travel for regular home visits Committed and can-do attitude Team Player
