will be part of a dynamic team responsible for membership engagement that support the Association's vision and goals. This role is partly maternity cover for an existing team member.
Key tasks
Programme management for SSA's suite of Human Capital related services, including staffing workgroup meetings for members and planning for outreach events on related Human Capital topics
Monitor adoption of programmes and feedback
Manage membership portal back end; provide management with statistics and reporting
Manage membership life cycle - eligibility, member onboarding, renewal and offboarding processes
Database management
Assist team in planning for key account company visits
Participate in CRM architecture revamp project
Assist in organisation of other member engagement activities

We are looking for a highly motivated, results-oriented, proactive and resourceful team player who is able to pay high attention to detail. To be successful in the role, you will need to possess a can-do attitude and customer centric mindset, good interpersonal skills, and the basic data skillset.
Job Requirement
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in a customer facing role
Ideally have worked in a membership-based organisation, but not required
Business administration, communication or similar qualification. Diploma graduates are welcomed
Experience in handling CRM system and reviewing databases
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Access and Wordpress
