Design, strategize, and implement a dynamic calendar of daily, weekly, and monthly activities and social outings tailored to seniors' interests and needs.
Oversee all operational logistics for seamless programme delivery, including venue setup, material preparation, and attendance tracking.
Collaborate with external trainers, volunteers, and community partners to deliver specialized wellness sessions and workshops.
Continuously evaluate programme effectiveness through surveys and feedback to ensure high quality and positive impact.
Proactively recruit senior members and maintain accurate and up-to-date participant records.
Build and nurture strong, trusting relationships with seniors, their families, and community partners to foster a supportive environment.
Liaise with corporations, volunteers, and agencies to enhance programme offerings and secure resources.
Stay informed on community developments and integrate innovative measures to support ageing well.
Conduct regular programme reviews and prepare detailed monthly reports for internal stakeholders and funders.
Collect and analyze participant data and feedback to measure satisfaction, assess outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.
Support the development of grant proposals and outcome reports to secure funding and demonstrate programme value.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in any discipline
Min 1 year of relevant experience
Able to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Working Hour: Weekdays, 9am to 6pm
