Job Description

Responsibilities:



Coordinate the implementation of programmes across multiple facilities to ensure consistency and effectiveness Ensure that all programmes meet established standards and achieve desired client engagement outcomes Work closely with staff to plan, develop, and execute programme initiatives Monitor programme performance, evaluate outcomes, and recommend improvements where necessary Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among staff, participants, and key stakeholders Oversee programme budgets and resources to ensure efficient and responsible utilisation



Requirements:



Diploma in any discipline (preferably in Social Services or related fields) Prior experience working with elderly clients in community, healthcare, or social service settings will be an advantage Good understanding of programme design, implementation, and evaluation Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities Resourceful, adaptable, and proactive in anticipating and resolving challenges
