Key Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Manage inventory for the programme\xe2\x80\x99s collaterals (e.g. poster and brochures) \xc2\xb7 Verify invoice payment to ensure accuracy monthly billing of invoice. \xc2\xb7 Manage and collate programme related enquires daily. \xc2\xb7 Manage Customer Satisfaction Data (CSAT). Check or the scores, download and process monthly report from CSAT platform. \xc2\xb7 Maintain and update data visualisation dashboards/tools. \xc2\xb7 Provide support for outdoor physical programme audit. \xc2\xb7 Assist with programme operations. Register participants and validate online participants for the status. \xc2\xb7 Any other administration work as required. Qualifications and Skills: \xc2\xb7 Diploma or GCE A Level with 2 years or more of relevant work experience. \xc2\xb7 Good communication, project management and time management skills. \xc2\xb7 Proficient knowledge of Microsoft programmes (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook etc) \xc2\xb7 Comfortable to handle data visualisation software or tools. \xc2\xb7 Meticulous and comfortable working with numbers. \xc2\xb7 Experienced in customer service and invoice processing.
