General
Mastereign's Career Programmes are short enrichment courses designed to introduce primary and secondary school students to a wide range of industries, skills, and future career pathways.
The Programme Manager reports to the Head of Innovation and works closely with the Enterprise and Productivity teams to plan and implement training projects. Key responsibilities include:
Developing and customising training content
Coordinating the briefing, deployment, and quality assurance of associate trainers
Managing logistics, training material production, and scheduling
Ensuring high standards of delivery and trainer performance
Leading or co-leading training assignments when required
Responsibilities
Project Management
To plan, strategise and implement programme management effectively for the Company. This will include training processes and producing evidence of success in the following areas:
Programme outlines and content
Programme lesson plans for trainers
Assessment instruments
Learning materials for students
Logistics preparation and inventory management
Overall quality and excellence in all programmes
To be proactive in feedback and implement changes to elevate training experiences and exceed expectations
Innovation
To stay updated with latest training and development trends
To continuously research and enhance programme offerings
To lead the annual new programme development exercise in the area of specialization with innovative training solutions
To support business development efforts of new programme/ solutions development for new market segments
Talent Management (Associate Trainers)
To work with the Enterprise teams in the forecasting of training demands and ensure an adequate pool of active associate trainers for training project deployment.
To focus on talent management activities such as talent acquisition, training and development and retention of the associate trainer pool
Training
To personally undertake quality training based on the specified number of hours in the contract
To ensure the pool of associate trainers upgrade themselves through a series of internal and external training workshops
To personally undertake training/ upgrading skills development training for associate trainers
Budgeting and Administration
To provide and schedule associate trainer and logistical support for professional delivery of all programmes within the given budget of the project's revenue.
To ensure that the company's project management system is update to date
To check and approve trainers training rates and schedules monthly
Reporting and Recommendations
Meet with the Head of Innovation at least once per month for updates and reporting
Working Arrangement and Hours
Hybrid Working arrangement (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)
Monday to Friday

Mandatory Requirements
Qualifications
A minimum Bachelor's in any discipline
Experience
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a training position
