OVERVIEW

We are looking for an individual to join us in our InfoComm Infrastructure Programme Centre where you will provide programme management of IT infrastructure (i.e. end terminals, networks and data centres) to ensure successful delivery of the projects

The role entails:

Programme Management. Assist Senior Programme Manager to manage deliverables stated in the Approval of Requirements and/or Project Implementation Plan. Creation of artefacts and documentation required by Quality Management system to ensure project excellence and audit compliance. Budget Management. Manage annual budget and multi-year project budgets. Ensure proper budget management using in-house tools. Expenditure Management. Proactive management of budget and expenditure through creation and maintenance of dashboards that visualise budget versus actual expenditure across various projects. Develop analytical features to identify spending trends, forecast budget utilisation, flag potential overruns, and highlight underspending. Checking of Purchase Request details for proper expenditure tracking. Insourced Staff Management. Onboarding and offboarding of insourced staff. Duties include submission of security clearance, updating of Security Management Plan, application of pass and account, cloning of laptop as well as exit clearance. Training insourced staff on budget and expenditure management. Procurement Management. Comprehensive analysis of procurement requirements across various departments to identify opportunities for bulk purchasing, standardizing requirements, and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives that reduce costs. Continuously challenging the status quo to improve operations support, streamline processes and enhance users' experience. Reviewing industry best practices, technology standards and policies. Propose and adopt changes required, implement solutions and define operation support requirements Keeping abreast of new emerging technologies, learn and support new technologies through their lifecycles

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Degree qualifications in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Science or equivalent Experience in Power BI, Qliksense or Tableau. Strong interest or technical competency in IT infra designs and technologies/solutions Good understanding of the impact of IT technologies and deployments will be a plus Experience in managing large scale IT Infrastructure deployment and/or operations will be a plus Past experience in IT infra design, implementation and/or operations, with relevant certifications, such as CCNA, CDCP, ITIL, CISSP, will be a plus Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills, resourceful, meticulous and observant for details Able to multi-task, work independently and as a team Thrive in a dynamic working environment #
