Job Description


What you doSME Embedded Finance aims to embed banking products and services into our partners and customer\xe2\x80\x99s ecosystems. We work with platform partners and Anchors to offer financing and cash products to SMEs across the key markets, using data driven approach to credit assess and acquire customers in scale.

  • Assist to manage and launch new programs with platform partners and Anchors in key markets to drive customer acquisition, revenue and asset growth
  • Proactive engagement with partners to deepen relationships and maximise growth of our wallet share of the ecosystem
  • Establish industry and market best practices in the implementation of the programs
  • Constantly review, innovate and enhance product features to ensure competitiveness and relevance of products for target segments
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders such as Sales, Credit Risk, Global Trade Finance, Business Analytics, Operations & Technology, Legal & Compliance on product initiatives and system enhancements
  • Manage on-demand projects and perform system user acceptance tests when required
  • Assist team to perform data analysis to help build new product use cases

  • Tertiary education with minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in SME Banking, Product Management and/or Trade Finance/ Supply Chain Financing
  • Strong communicator with good presentation and business papers writing skills
  • A structured thinker who is proficient in data analysis and insights development
  • Highly adaptable, self-starter, ability to deal with ambiguity and thrives in fast moving environment
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills (internal and external stakeholders)
  • Demonstrated ability to conceptualise and execute strategic product initiatives
