In Group Technology, we manage the majority of the Bank's technological processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.Responsibilities Refine Technology Risk Culture Statement and Positive Risk Behaviour as per needed Conduct regular scan to measure/understand the status of Tech Risk Culture (TRC) Applying behavioural science, develop various initiatives to improve and maintain a healthy, sustainable TRC Work closely with internal/external stakeholders to drive end-to-end delivery of the initiatives, including but not limited to Leadership development and organizational optimizations Training and capability building Risk and control awareness Consequence management Recognition and rewards Communication Change management ... Track initiative/program performance and provide progress updates at the governance meetings with stakeholders Manage overall programme budget, timeline and resources to ensure successful delivery of initiatives Support any adhoc strategic initiatives on people agenda, technology risk culture, if any. Provide active guidance and mentorship to the team members.Requirements Bachelor?s degree with at least 15 years of relevant experience preferably with exposure in Banking and Finance industry and in Technology environment. Strong behavioural science capability which includes ability to apply behavioural psychology, nudging techniques and habit formation frameworks to influence technology risk behaviours at scale. A track record of delivering large cultural transformational programmes on time and within budget with focus on change management, people and culture transformation. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with experience in applying frameworks and tools for analysing problems/issues, developing strategies and action plans Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to establish credibility and strong relationships with key stakeholders and senior management IT savvy, proficient in MS Excel and Power point skills.-en
