Role Responsibilities

6-month Fixed Term Contract

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Manager to lead and oversee a structural change programme within Transaction Banking. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing and overseeing initiatives aimed at optimising, monetising and driving strategic growth. You will develop a comprehensive programme strategy and roadmap, own the end-to-end delivery, and cover all aspects of organisational change requirements, risk management and progress monitoring.

Strategy

  • Lead the planning and implementation of the Programme
  • Develop a comprehensive strategy and roadmap for structural changes, aligned with the business goals and objectives
Business
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand requirements.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration through the change process.
Processes
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables. Delivery the end-to-end roadmap of the Programme
People & Talent
  • Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Work in collaboration with Transaction Banking Management Team and cross-functional partners.
Risk Management
  • Understand the risks presented by the changes recommended, and ensure all risks are managed with appropriate consultation and advice throughout the Programme
Governance
  • Ensure continued monitoring and reporting on progress of the programme to all stakeholders.

  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the

Our Ideal Candidate
  • 10+ years of experience in Banking Industry
  • Programme or Project Management Qualification
  • Will be familiar with global, regional and matrix organisational constructs
  • Will have delivered large-scale programmes across cross-functional, high-profile and business critical workstreams.
  • Will have managed departmental transformation programmes
  • Will have experience managing senior stakeholders within and outside the department
  • Will have strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate achievements and progress of the programme
  • Will be capable of making independent and sound judgment
  • Will have the ability to work towards deadlines
  • Will be familiar with industry trends
  • You will collaborate closely with Senior Executives, Business Heads and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of the programme and alignment with business objectives.
