They are looking for a dynamic

Outreach & Engagement Executive

to join their team and play a key role in driving employer participation, building stakeholder networks, and delivering impactful workforce programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Promote workforce initiatives (e.g.career conversion programmes, grants, consultancy services) to SMEs and business leaders. Conduct programme outreach activities including company visits, networking events, and webinars. Follow up with businesses to convert interest into programme participation. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders such as government agencies, industry associations, HR leaders, and business owners. Support participating companies and individuals with onboarding, queries, and feedback and serve as a consistent point of contact to ensure a smooth programme experience for employers Plan and deliver events like capability-building workshops, peer learning circles, and industry sharing sessions. Collaborate with strategic partners - government agencies, associations, and unions to co-host events aligned with national priorities. Develop and manage outreach materials including EDMs, social media posts, brochures, and programme overviews. Showcase success stories and case studies to highlight impact and inspire participation.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Communications, HR, Business, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in outreach, stakeholder engagement, or programme coordination (experience in government or workforce development is a plus). Strong communication skills, with confidence in engaging across sectors. Strong project and event management abilities.

Working Hours:

Mon - Fri, 8.30am-5.30pm

Salary:

Up to $3,800
