Job Description
- Collaborate with management and co-developers to produce software designs
- Formulate program specifications
- Transform software designs and specifications into a functioning code in the appropriate language
- Integrate individual software solutions to high level systems
- Test code periodically to ensure it produces the desirable results and perform debugging when necessary
- Perform upgrades to make software and systems more secure and efficient
- Collaborate with technical writers to create documentation for user support
- Graduate of any IT related courses
- At least 1 year software development experience
- Extensive experience with MS Visun Basic, Net, MySQL Server or SQL Server and Crystal Report
- Advance knowledge of windows operating systems and Microsoft software HTML and CSS experience preferred
- Must have the ability to communicate accurately and clearly
- Skills: Organized, Planning, Analytical, Interpersonal, Communication both Oral and Written
- Orientation: Keen to Details, Customer Focus, Results-Oriented, Commitment to finish work ahead of time, Can-Do approach to work,
- Solid judgement along with decision making skills
- Ability to focus on multiple projects at once and to troubleshoot problems quickly
