Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical blueprints, and CAD models.

Write and modify programs for CNC machines.

Set up and operate CNC machines.

Inspect finished products using measuring tools.

Troubleshoot machining issues and modify programs or setups as needed.

Maintain and monitor machine condition, conduct basic preventive maintenance.

Ensure adherence to quality control standards and workplace safety regulations.

Collaborate with engineers and production staff for process improvements and efficiency.

Maintain accurate records of machining operations and program documentation.

Requirements :

Diploma, NTC or ITC in Precision Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in CNC programming and machining.
Proficient in reading engineering drawings and understanding GD&T.
Experience with multi-axis (4-axis or 5-axis) machines.
Skilled in CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, SolidCAM) is an advantage.
Hands-on experience with CNC lathes, milling machines, or multi-axis machines.
Knowledge of tooling, speeds, and feeds for various materials (e.g., aluminium, stainless steel).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines.
