We are looking for a skilled Programmer Engineer to join our precision engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing CNC programs for high-precision machining processes and ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency in production.





Responsibilities





Develop and optimize CNC programsfor milling, turning, and EDM machines based on drawings and specifications.

Review engineering drawingsand 3D models to determine machining process, tools, and setup requirements.

Conduct machine setup trialsand ensure first article quality approval.

Collaborate closely with production, QA, and design teamsto resolve machining or programming issues.

Improve machining cycle time and ensure optimal tool life.
Maintain and update program files, tool lists, and documentation*.


Support continuous improvement activities to enhance efficiency and product quality. Train and guide CNC operators on machining programs and techniques when needed.


Requirements





Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Precision Engineeringor related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of experiencein CNC programming (milling, turning, or EDM).

Proficient in using CAM software(e.g., Mastercam, NX, HyperMill, or equivalent).

Good understanding of GD&T*, machining tolerances, and cutting parameters.


Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Team-oriented, responsible, and able to work under minimal supervision.
