Provide administrative support to the project team, including document preparation, filing, and reporting.
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating site activities.
Manage office supplies, procurement, and inventory tracking.
Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth project operations.
Support logistics coordination, including air and sea shipments.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE 'O' Level; Diploma preferred.
At least 2 years of administrative experience in engineering or construction industry.
Strong organizational and communication skills; able to work independently and in a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
