Responsibilities:
  • Handle all administrative matters, data entry and manage correspondence
  • Preparation invoice & purchase order
  • Updating of delivery order into individual project worksheet
  • Sorting of signed invoices and documents for delivery to customers
  • Follow up for payments from customers
  • Document filling
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned
