Complete assigned drafting tasks and assess drawings, making relevant adjustments based on project requirements.
Cooperate and communicate with the Projects team to gather and clarify drawing requirements.
Plan, manage, and maintain Building Information Modelling (BIM) data in compliance with project standards.
Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and quality of BIM models.
Assist with project administration tasks.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, schedules, and progress reports, for both the Sales and Project teams.
Coordinate communication between internal teams, suppliers, and clients as needed.
Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, BIM, Construction, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in drafting and/or project coordination roles.
Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with other drafting or BIM software is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with project scheduling tools is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively across departments.
