Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Coordinate between Designers, Suppliers and Contractors from project inception to completion of interior design and fit-out works \xc2\xb7 Coordinate and liaise with other professionals such as architects, clients, consultants, contractors, designers, vendors etc to ensure each project\xe2\x80\x99s success \xc2\xb7 Plan and strategies on Project Timeline to ensure timely delivery on all projects. \xc2\xb7 Ensure quality delivery of all assigned projects to meet client\xe2\x80\x99s expectation as well as compliance with the respective authorities and regulations \xc2\xb7 Manage budget, costing control, progress and quality of all assigned projects \xc2\xb7 Manage timely completion and handover deadline of all assigned projects in order to achieve targeted project profitability \xc2\xb7 Monitor and prepare progressive claims, cost control and report on and off sites\xe2\x80\x99 progress of all assigned projects \xc2\xb7 Reconcile architectural and MEP drawings against site conditions Requirements \xc2\xb7 Diploma or Degree in architecture / interior design / building / civil / construction / structural engineering \xc2\xb7 Minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant working experience in project management, building construction or interior fit-out works \xc2\xb7 Extensive working experience in commercial, corporate and residential designs \xc2\xb7 Software skills in AutoCAD, PhotoShop, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Word \xc2\xb7 Possess strong analytical, communications (oral and written), interpersonal, negotiation, organising, planning, presentation, problem-solving skills \xc2\xb7 Good understanding of local culture and familiar with local authorities and regulations \xc2\xb7 High level of commitment, initiative and leadership \xc2\xb7 Highly creative with full knowledge of all aspects on a designer\xe2\x80\x99s work \xc2\xb7 Able to travel both domestically and internationally, possibly at short notice Interested applicants are invited to send your updated resume including: \xc2\xb7 Recent photo \xc2\xb7 Portfolio \xc2\xb7 Current and expected salary \xc2\xb7 Reason for leaving \xc2\xb7 Date of availability Do note that only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
