Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Thursday: 8am-6pm, Fri: 8 am-5 pm)
Salary Package: Up to SGD 2800 + OT Pay + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities
Prepare documentation
Handle the administrative functions of an organization's projects and programs
Oversee the project's daily functions to ensure deadlines and compliance requirements are met, and usually report to a Project Manager or senior management
Scheduling meetings, recording decisions, and breaking projects into manageable tasks

Min. 1 year of working experience, preferably have experience in the construction or interior design firm
Comfortable reading drawings and calculation
Familiar with Microsoft Office
Training provided to an inexperienced candidate
