Prepare and release purchase orders and shipping instructions in a timely manner.
Input information accurately from source documents within assigned timelines.
Arrange, file, and keep engineering drawings and supporting documents well organized.
Schedule meetings and produce detailed meeting notes.
Oversee and update inventory records for spare parts and equipment.
Deliver full administrative support to the project team.
Assist the Project Manager with various project coordination activities.
Safeguard and archive documents to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
Revise submission documents and communicate effectively with suppliers and subcontractors.
Undertake additional administrative responsibilities or duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum education: GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer operations.
Advantageous to be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Outlook.
Experience using Zoom or other virtual meeting software is preferred.
Able to communicate clearly in basic English, Malay, and Chinese.
