Provide administrative support to project managers and teams
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes
Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and project-related events
Maintain proper filing systems and ensure all documentation is up to date
Support procurement, budgeting, or invoicing processes related to projects

Requirements:
Previous experience in administrative support, preferably in a construction project-based environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
