Responsibilities include the coordination, scheduling and facilitation of multiple countertop installation projects.
Oversees the project from measurement, generation of sales quotation, installation, to any post-installation services as required.
Develop and maintain effective and timely communications with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements and timelines are met.
Investigate, respond to, and resolve any questions or problems with a sense of urgency.
Attend to emails, phone calls and walk in customers on product queries.
Industry specific software training will be provided.
Work with various teams to develop a statement of work.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
