Material procurement support - coordinate with procurement team to ensure material orders requisitions are processed on time.
Compiling project progress reports from each project (from PM/LE) and uploading into a common shared folder.
Tracking of TS submission for each member in the team.
Supporting PM/LE to submit goods receiving for invoices and coordinating with the store supervisor on DO/Invoices.
Supporting logistic arrangements for goods delivery (domestic or international).
Supporting food catering arrangements during customer visits or events.
Supporting PM/LE to prepare Project HSE standard documentation.
Supporting logistic arrangements for overseas assignees working in Singapore on hotel/apartment reservations.
Supporting projects to arrange HSE training (BIOSET, SSIC, SIC, Medical Appt) for Engineers on site assignments.
Supporting office-based procurement activities (filing, printing services, stationery, tools).
Supporting PM/LE to book and arrange meeting rooms.
Supporting PM/LE to arrange/perform errands (COC submission, VISA, etc....).
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in any discipline
Experience in project administrator role, would be an added advantaged.
* Familiar with SAP system
