Job Description

Responsibilities:



Assist in preparation and submission of project documentations/ reports from commencement to completion of project (eg. Risk Assessment, requisitions, schedule, drawings, reports, etc). Assist in planning/sourcing for material, equipment and resource required according to project specifications and requirements and ensure budget and cost are in control Liaise & coordinate with technicians, customers, vendors and subcontractors Ensure proper filing of project documentations and reports Prepare project activities and schedules report, etc Provide administrative support to superior when necessary Any other duties suitable duties as and when assigned by the Company



Requirements:



Diploma in any discipline or equivalent At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Construction/ Engineering industry * Proficient in MS Office Applications
