Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Project Administrator:
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and organized project documentation and ensure timely submission of reports and forms.
Coordinate effectively with internal teams, consultants, site staff, and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless project communication.
Support the Project Manager in preparing schedules, progress reports, and meeting materials.
Assist in purchase requests, tracking orders, and liaising with operations teams for project-related needs.
Prepare monthly workforce reports and assist with staff welfare matters.
Handle public feedback and liaise with authorities such as NEA, BCA, and LTA to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Manage document tracking, filing systems, and administrative workflows to support efficient project delivery.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration, Construction Management, or an equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project administration, construction coordination, or site-based administrative roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative and proactive attitude.
Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
