Job Description

Join the PMO team at a leading private bank. We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Analyst to support change management initiatives and enhance project adoption across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement within a global banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support planning and execution of change management activities aligned with department projects. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to assess change impacts and mitigation strategies. Maintain dashboards and reports to track project progress, KPIs, and change adoption metrics. Provide actionable insights through analysis of project and change management data. Coordinate project documentation, lessons learned, and best practices. Assist in PMO reporting, data visualization, and improvement of templates and methodologies. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across PMO tools and reporting platforms. Support risk identification and escalation related to change and stakeholder engagement.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) is an advantage. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments. * Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.
