Assist with arrangements for meetings (scheduling, booking of rooms, logs and liaison with external parties, etc)
Data entry and updating/maintaining existing databases
Develop, manage and maintain SOPs/ databases, and assist in Knowledge Management (including developing Sharepoint architecture)
Assist with the admin and logs of hosting visiting dignitaries to meals or site visit
Project & Event Management
Assist in running L&CD (or IP) training programmes/ events, (virtual) events and
conferences, including the production, logistics and administration of the activities, liaising with vendors, internal and external stakeholders.
Project management work (e.g. developing timelines and monitoring), liaising and coordinating among stakeholders, tabulating the respective inputs/ views.
Secretariat duties including management of meetings and taking notes and post-meeting follow ups.

Assist in the communications of information such as newsletters, generating, collating and analysing feedbacks, marketing of CA\xe2\x80\x99s activities, etc.
Development and management of SOPs/databases and involve in knowledge management/data analytic projects.
Any other duties as may be agreed and assigned.
Working Hours:
Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Thu: 8.30am to 6.00pm
Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Contract Duration: 1 Year
Location: Near Clarke Quay MRT Station
Salary: $2100-2700/Month
Job Requirements:
Experience in Arts Management and/or qualification from LaSalle, NAFA, SOTA and other arts background would be an advantage.
Knowledge and interest in technological applications will be advantageous.
