During Project Implementation . Designing, integration, implementation, testing and commissioning of communications systems projects. . Deployment of Optical network, Ethernet network, and IT system. Deployment of Optical network, Ethernet network, and IT system. . Plan and lead system design review and implementation inclusive of configuration, administration and troubleshooting. . Delivery of communication projects in compliance with system specification. During System Maintenance . To report to the Service Managers in meeting SLA and KPIs in accordance to maintenance contractual agreement . Assist Service Managers in managing Project cost and overall administration for project delivery . Responsible for Contract Fulfilment . Able to handle customer well . Able to operate and thrive in a dynamic work environment where you are required to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders . To perform routine Preventive Maintenance in accordance with the maintenance instructions / procedures . To carry out Corrective Maintenance in accordance with the maintenance instructions / procedures, involving diagnosis & replacement of equipment/module/component at sites and/or workshop . To provide Software Patch Management Services for all equipment. . Liaison with Procurement, finance and equipment vendors . To arrange shipment for equipment overseas repair/ purchase . 24/7 standby for fault activation . Arrange and conduct monthly meeting with customers . Provide engineering services such as engineering reports, supply support, configuration control and management and obsolescence management as well as O & A services . Liaise and manage sub-contracting jobs . Office location at Ang Mo Kio . Candidates will be required to travel to multiple sites (including offshore sites). Job Requirements: . Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Telecommunication or equivalent. . Good knowledge in Optical network, Ethernet network and IT system. . Positive work ethics and team player . Takes ownership of responsibilities . Thrive in multi-disciplinary and cross-functional environments . Inquisitive and a self-starter in Data Analytics (e.g. failure trending/patterns). Experience in BI Tools such as Tableau, Power BI will be added advantage . Experience in System-Level Maintenance in the following disciplines is highly preferred (Telecommunications, SDH, Networking/DCN, Computers/Servers and UPS). . Other Engineering-related experience maybe considered. Experience and/or certifications in either CCNA and basic Redhat Linux , will be added advantage . Excellent analytical, oral and written, verbal and interpersonal skills are essential. . Proficient in MS Office (words, powerpoint & excel) . Possess Class 3 Driving License . Singaporeans only .
