:Connect Energy partners with an O&G company to look for a PROJECT CONTROL / PLANNING ENGINEER to work for their upcoming project in \xef\xbb\xbfSingapore.Responsibilities

• Develop project strategies, plans and execution procedures for multiple projects within Company (planned and ongoing feasibility studies), FEED and EPC projects in collaboration with project management teams
• Support in the structuring, negotiating, and closing of FS, FEED and EPC proposals and agreements with the contract team
• Monitor and control project progress through regular project meetings, engaging with all stakeholders and reporting on project progress
• Manage budgets, milestones, schedules, scope changes, work breakdown structures, project progress, risks levels, and deliverables for projects from project planning until delivery
• Analyse critical path of the contractor schedules, reviews contractors actual schedule versus planned, rebase lining and reforecasting and assists the project management to control the schedules
• Coordinate with project, engineering, finance, legal, and construction teams to ensure project delivery timeline
• Assist in manpower planning for project personnel and engineers

• Degree in Engineering or Business
• At least 10 years experience in oil and gas industry
• At least consecutive 5 years engineering experience as a project controller in internationally reputable engineering and EPC companies in oil and gas industry with at least 3 years in oil and gas EPC project experience from project planning until project delivery
• Proficient in Primavera, MS Office including MS project
• Good understanding of oil and gas project timeline, work breakdowns and sequences
• Experience in LNG or LNG terminal project, good understanding of Singapore regulatory, permitting and project practices and PMP certificate will be an added advantage
• Experience in project CAPEX cost estimation will be a plus point
• Willing to take on 2 years\' contract.
