The Opportunity:
Adecco is partnering with a global technology company, focusing on electrification, automation, and digitalization and we are seeking a Project Controller to join them on a 1-year renewable contract basis. This role involves managing project operations and financial activities, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion. The successful candidate will collaborate with project managers and engineers, handle logistics, billing, and accounts receivable, and contribute to financial planning and analysis.

• 1-Year Renewable Contract basis
• Work Location: East region
• Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am - 6pm | Hybrid working model
• Salary: Basic + 1-month completion bonus

The Job:
Project Operations (75%)

• Support end-to-end project activities including creation, purchase order management, logistics coordination, billing, and accounts receivable collection.
• Take ownership of assigned projects from initiation to closure.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Engineers throughout project execution.
• Assist with timesheet submissions for Engineers and perform quality checks on their entries (temporary responsibility to be phased out in the coming months).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as GBS, Tax, Accounting, and IT on project-related matters.
• Manage service order creation and billing processes.
• Handle other project-related tasks as assigned.

Financial Support (25%)

• Support financial closing activities, including provisions, accruals, and billing.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Manage and reconcile financial accounts, process journal vouchers, and assist with audits.

The Talent:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously (100 over projects at once)
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in SAP system (FI & MM module) is highly advantageous
