We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Controller Intern to support our Project Managers across a wide range of project delivery activities. This internship offers hands-on experience in project governance, reporting, and process improvement, providing a strong foundation for a career in project management.

Key Responsibilities



Assist Project Managers in managing scope, cost, schedule, resources, change, and risk across various projects. Gather data and contribute to cost, schedule, and risk reporting under guidance. Support governance processes by ensuring project documentation aligns with internal standards and procedures. Assist project managers to maintain compliance and quality control, including implementation of the STEP process. Collaborate with project teams to understand governance requirements and support integration of project management methodologies with STEP, our Group management system. Assist in providing support to project teams facing challenges, under the supervision of the Project Manager.

Qualifications



Currently pursuing a degree in Project/Construction Management, Infrastructure and Project Management (IPM), Engineering, or a related field. Strong interest in project management, data analysis, and process improvement. Basic understanding of project management principles (scope, cost, schedule, risk, change management) is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project or Deltek is an advantage. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, including digital automation solutions and internal systems like STEP for internal governance compliance. Strong collaboration skills and ability to take initiative under guidance. Demonstrate problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward identifying and supporting improvements.
