Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:


1.Pre-plan and prepare construction schedule, and coordinate activities.


2.Follow up and report On-site and Off-site project management and progress.


3.To prepare and submit progress reports as required by consultants and clients.


4. Liaise with subcontractors for job schedule planning


5. Conduct thorough monitoring of construction work activities and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports.


6. Attend site progress meeting for various projects




Job Requirements:





Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant working experience. Relevant project experiences in dredging, reclamation or near shore construction will be preferred. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and BCA regulations. Strong organizational and communication skills. * Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.and coordinate activities.
