Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for implementing marketing & business development strategies and enhancing client relationship;
Work with internal teams and external organizations to conduct market research and identify potential project opportunities;
Participate in special events projects such as industrial-related trade shows, networking events, and other marketing activities;
Responsible for planning and producing business development and marketing materials including company brochures, promotion kits, etc;
Contributing to the production of qualification packages, proposals, presentation materials, and award submission;
Any other duties that the company may consider appropriate.

Requirement:
Bachelor degree in architecture
Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Sketchup, and other related design programs
Strong command of the English language
Project management based
Have a working relationship with contractors
Willing to work overtime, when required
