Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for implementing marketing & business development strategies and enhancing client relationship;
  • Work with internal teams and external organizations to conduct market research and identify potential project opportunities;
  • Participate in special events projects such as industrial-related trade shows, networking events, and other marketing activities;
  • Responsible for planning and producing business development and marketing materials including company brochures, promotion kits, etc;
  • Contributing to the production of qualification packages, proposals, presentation materials, and award submission;
  • Any other duties that the company may consider appropriate.



    Requirement:
  • Bachelor degree in architecture
  • Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Sketchup, and other related design programs
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Project management based
  • Have a working relationship with contractors
    Willing to work overtime, when required
