Manage logistics, administrative duties, and daily operations for construction projects, including communicating with clients to collect project information and provide regular updates. Plan construction activities, such as task sequencing and manpower allocation. Attend project meetings, handle related documentation, and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve design or on-site issues. Supervise on-site staff and oversee subcontractors to ensure work quality and productivity. Ensure labor, materials, and other resources are used efficiently on-site. Track project progress to ensure work follows approved plans, schedules, and budgets. Respond promptly to delays, technical issues, or on-site challenges. Ensure all site work complies with safety regulations and standard procedures. Provide consistent project updates to internal teams. Prepare Method Statements (MOS) and Method Statement Risk Assessments (MSRA) for client submission. Identify potential project risks early and collaborate with the team to implement effective solutions. Perform any other tasks assigned by management or the project team.

Job Requirements (Rephrased):

Minimum of 3 years' experience in construction coordination or site supervision. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate with local and overseas stakeholders. 5-day work week. Independent, client-focused, and a strong team player. Possessing a valid Class 3 driving license will be an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications. Familiar with AutoCAD and/or Tekla software.
