Project management: Overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of asset enhancement projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Asset evaluation and strategy: Conducting thorough evaluations of our assets, identifying areas for improvement, and developing comprehensive enhancement strategies to maximize their value
Stakeholder coordination: Collaborating with internal teams, external contractors, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation and effective communication
Resource management: Managing resources efficiently, including budget allocation, procurement, and payment to vendors
Reporting and analysis: Tracking project progress, and providing regular reports to management
Requirements:
Experience: At least a Diploma In Architecture or Building or related trades with min. 5 years of relevant experience in Project Management/AEI works. Demonstrated experience in project management, asset enhancement, or a related field, within the real estate industry
Knowledge: Strong understanding of asset evaluation methodologies, market analysis, and project management principles
Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and present project updates to management
Analytical abilities: Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving to maximize asset value
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, fostering positive relationships and ensuring effective coordination.
The Project Coordinator is also required to work on weekends &/or after office hours as and when needed.
