Project Coordinator ($2500 $3500/aws/vb)

Job Description
$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- Manage clients, project team, contractors and suppliers to ensure problem free operations of projects assigned.
- Ensure project teams, contractors, workers and staff have the required equipments and tools to complete the projects.
- Assist in developing operating policies and procedures in order to administer the projects in a cost effective and safe manner.
- Ensure all safety and quality assurance procedures and standards are followed at all sites.
- Coordinate movement of equipment/tools/machines to work sites per project requirements.
- Ensure that services and equipment comply with the contractual pricing, technical and schedule requirements within the cost and other constraints relating to the specific projects.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, partners, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Provide mentorship and training to fellow employees.
- Degree/ Diploma in Horticulture, Agriculture, Forestry or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
