Project Coordinator ($3000 $4000/aws/vb)

Job Description
$4K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: WestResponsibilities
- Ensure proper coordination of all variables in the assigned projects.
- Ensure sound administration and communication flow between the project team and the other related parties (internal and external);
- Co-ordinate with sub-contractors/suppliers on timely delivery of materials and handover the project.
- Project preliminaries documentation like insurance, safety documents and others.
- Consolidate and collect project data and prepare progress report, inspection report and progress update.
- Submit monthly progress claim for all projects including liaising with client and consultant.
- Attend site meeting with Project manager if needed and follow up project documentation.
- Prepare subcontractor agreement, verify the claim, consolidate project costs.
- Diploma in Quality/Manufacturing/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge or experience in quality management standards and practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
