Job Description
Location: Central
Working Days / Time: Monday - Friday / 8:30am - 6pm, Hybrid Mode available (2 days per week)
Salary up to $2800
Singaporean Only
Job Scopes:
- Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
- Keep information confidential
- Conduct monthly checks on programme submissions and to seek clarifications with appointed vendor within the stipulated timelines
- Actively engage corporate partner prospects
- Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
- Good customer service, communication, project management and time management skills
- 3 to 5 years event management experiences
- Meticulous, with an eyes of details
- Estimate start work from February 2024, looking for candidate can accept Contract Role (more than 6 months)
